Isigaba 1: I-Purva Karma, Isigaba sokulungiselela

Umgomo we-purva karma ukulungisa izicubu zomzimba wakho ukuhlanza nokukhishwa kwezinto ezimbi. Iviki elilodwa kuya kwamathathu ngaphambi kwesigaba sokuhlanza kwangempela, konke ukudla okucutshungulwayo, amaswidi, izikhuthazo ezifana nekhofi, nemikhiqizo eminingi yobisi kukhishwa ekudleni kwakho.

Khichdi Recipe

I-Ghee (I-Butter ecacisiwe) Iresiphi

I-Ghee yenziwa ngokufaka ibhotela elingenalutho epanini bese livumela ukuba liyancibilika futhi limile ngokushisa okuphansi kakhulu. Ibhotela lingase libukeke lilukhuni futhi kungenzeka kube ne-foam phezulu. Emaminithini amahlanu okuqala, bangela ibhotela ngezikhathi ezithile. Shiya ibhotela ukuze uqhubeke ucabanga ngomunye imizuzu engu-15. Uzobona izinhlayiya zigoqa phansi kwepani ne-foam zizohlala phezulu.

Ngokushesha nje lapho isilwane esisezantsi siqala ukuba sibomvu, susa i-pan kusukela ekushiseni. Skim bese ulahla isikhunta. Gwema uketshezi nge-sieve emihle noma emisinini emgodini weglasi.

Isigaba sesi-2: I-Panchakarma, iSigaba sokuhlanza

Ekuqaleni, lesi sigaba sasiqukethe imikhuba emihlanu: ukuhlanza emanzini, i-enemas, i-laxatives, i-emesis (ukuhlanza), nokuvumela igazi.

Ngokushesha ukuhlanza kusetshenziselwa ukusetshenziswa ngalesi sikhathi. Nansi indlela yokwenza ngayo:

  1. Isiphuzo sokuphuza isilwane sithathwa usuku lonke (bheka iresiphi ngezansi).
  2. Yiba nezipuni eziyi-1-2 ze-ghee ngamanzi ashisayo ekuseni ngesisu esingenalutho. Lokhu kukholakala ukuthi ukukhulula izidakamizwa.
  3. Faka isicelo esithempelini nasemathunzini ezinyawo ngaphambi kokulala. Lokhu kusiza ukwehlisa ingqondo nokukhuthaza ukulala.
  4. Zama ukuphefumula okujulile.
  1. 1 ithisipuni ye-psyllium fiber engilazini yamanzi. Thatha izikhathi ezingu-2 ngosuku.

I-Herbal Drink Recipe

8 izinkomishi zamanzi
4 amathisipuni ngamunye cumin kanye coriander powder
Ama-pods angu-8
4 amathisipuni of imbewu echotshoziwe fennel
Amaphini amabili we-pepper omnyama
1/2 isipuni se-ginger powder (noma ama-3 ama-ginger fresh)

Hlanganisa zonke izithako epanini bese ulethe ngamathumba.

Hamba imizuzu emihlanu, bese ususa ekushiseni bese uvalelwa eminye imizuzu engu-15-20. Gxila ngesihlungo futhi uphuze kushisa lonke usuku.

Isigaba 3: I-Paschat Karma, iSigaba Sokuvuselela

Phakathi nesigaba sokuvuselela, ubuyela ekudleni okulula kwesigaba sokulungiselela. Kubalulekile ukwenza lokhu kancane kancane, ngokuletha kancane kancane ukudla okuqinile. Nansi indlela:

Ukuzama i-Panchakarma
