I-Five Koshas ku-Yoga

I-Kosha isho ukuthi "umgogodla" ngesiSanskrit. Ku-yoga, leli gama lisetshenziselwa ukuchaza izendlalelo ezihambisana nomzimba womuntu. Le ncazelo ivela emibhalweni yasendulo yamaHindu ebizwa ngokuthi i-Upanishads. I-koshas ivame ukufaniswa namadonki aseRussia okuyizindla noma iziqephu ze-anyanisi.

Ingxenyeni engaphandle ingumzimba wenyama. Kuwukuphela kwesendlalelo esinesici esithile.

Nakuba ezinye ze-koshas zichazwa njengezingcolile, i- BKS Iyengar ichaza ku- Light on Life (esebenzisa i-koshas njengohlaka) ukuthi okulungile akuyona ukuthi izendlalelo zichazwe ngokucacile kodwa kunokuba zihlanganiswe kahle. Lokhu kwenzeka uma kunempilo enhle nenhlalakahle. Uma izinto zingalingani, kuyadingeka ukubona ukuthi ubani okhathazekile futhi uthathe imikhuba engayisiza ukuba ibuyele ngokuvumelana nabanye. Ukuhlola nokuhlanganisa ukulayishwa ngakunye kuyakusondeza esimweni sezinjabulo.

I-Koshas emihlanu yilezi:

  1. U-Annamaya Kosha: Ingxenyeni engaphandle ingqimba lomzimba: imisipha, amathambo, isikhumba, izitho. U-Anna usho ukudla, yilokho okuqinisa leli zinga. U-Asana ugcina le nkomba enempilo futhi ingasetshenziswa ukuphatha izinkinga ezivela emzimbeni.
  2. I-Pranamaya Kosha: Umgogodla olandelayo yi-force force / energy sheath. Kukhathazeka ngokuphefumula nokugeleza kwamandla ngomzimba. I-Pranayama practice inqunyelwe ukubhekana nalolu ungqimba.
  1. Manomaya Kosha: Umgogodla olandelayo ingqondo noma ingqondo yengqondo. Kunokukwenza ngemicabango nemizwelo. Kugcinwa ngokuzindla.
  2. I-Vijnanamaya Kosha: yi-knowledge sheath. Le kosha ihlanganisa ukuhlakanipha kwakho, intuition kanye nokubona kwakho. Ukuzindla nakho kuyisihluthulelo salolu ungqimba.
  3. U-Anadamaya Kosha: Umgogodla wangaphakathi ungumgogodla ojabulisayo. Imele injabulo engapheli, uthando, ukuthula, nokujabula okuphelele.

Njengezinye izakhi zomzimba ocashile (ama-chakras angena engqondweni), i-koshas ayifuni ukuhunyushwa ngokwezwi. Esikhundleni salokho, banikeza lens eyengeziwe lapho kufanele babheke okuhlangenwe nakho kwethu emzimbeni womuntu.
