I-mudra isenzo, ngokuvamile esenziwa ngezandla, esigxila futhi siqondise amandla ku-yoga noma ukuzindla. I-Mudras inemvelaphi yakudala. Iningi lalabo asetshenziselwa i-yoga langaleso sikhathi livela emasikweni amaHindu namaBuddha. I-Mudras nayo ngezinye izikhathi ibizwa ngokuthi izibuko kusukela ujoyina ngokugcwele izingxenye ezimbili zesandla. Lokhu kucatshangelwa ukudala izindlela zamandla (i-prana) ukugeleza nokusiza ukuvulela ama-chakras.
Izandla zimbozwe ekugulweni kwe-acupressure kanye ne-reflexology amaphuzu, okungase kuchaze imiphumela yokuphulukisa ye-mudras eminye. Ezinye zifanekisela ngokwemvelo. Njengazinye izici ze-yoga ( phambi , i- pranayama , nokuzindla, isibonelo), ukuziphatha okuqhubekayo kuyisihluthulelo. I-Mudras akuyona isilungiselelo esheshayo. Nakuba zingenziwa noma yikuphi, zizophumelela kakhulu uma zingeniswa esimisweni sokuzindla noma sokuphumula. I-Mudras ivame ukusetshenziswa ku- Kundalini yoga .
I-Mudras ejwayelekile eHatha Yoga
Kungenzeka usuvele usebenzisa udras ngaphandle kokuqaphela. I-ejwayelekile kakhulu ngezinye izikhathi ibizwa ngokuthi umthandazo noma i- namaste isikhundla kodwa ichazwa ngokunembile njengo-Anjali Mudra.
U-Anjali Mudra : Cindezela izintende zezandla ezesobunxele nesekunene . Le ngoma idutshulwa ukuthi inomphumela wokuqeda njengoba ihambisa izinhlangothi ezingakwesokunxele nezingakwesokudla zobuchopho.
UGyan Mudra : Cindezela isithupha sakho nesithombe sangaphambili ndawonye. Yandisa yonke iminwe ngokuqondile.
Uma uhlezi esigxotsheni esiphambanweni , phindela emuva izandla zakho ezitheni zakho. Le mudra ibonisa ubunye nokuxhumeka. Kubizwa nangokuthi uJnana (Ulwazi) Mudra.
U-Vishnu Mudra: Inkomba nomunwe ophakathi zigobile entendeni yesandla sakho. Isithupha, umunwe, ne-pinky sihlala sinwetshiwe.
Lona i-mudra ekhuthazwayo yokuphefumula okunye okuyi-nodi sodhana .
I-Garuda Mudra : Hook izithupha zezandla zakho zangakwesokunxele nangakwesokunxele ndawonye ngokuweqa izigqoko zakho ngezintende zezandla zakho esifubeni sakho. Yandisa yonke iminwe yakho. Ibukeka njengenyoni, enengqondo ngoba iGaruda ivela emthonjeni ofanayo no- garudasana (ukhozi pose) . Le mudra ibhekwa njengokuvuselela nokulinganisa.
UDhyana Mudra : Uma uhlezi, faka isandla sakho sobunxele emgodeni wakho ngesandla sakho sibheke phezulu. Beka isandla sakho sokunene phezulu kwesobunxele sakho bese uletha izithupha zakho zithinte ngaphezu kwezandla zakho. Lona udatha lokuzindla ngobuBuddhist.
I-Lotus Mudra : Thatha izintende zezandla zakho ukuze uthinte njengoba ku-Anjali Mudra. Gcina izithupha zakho, ama-pinki, nezisekelo zezintende zezandla zakho zicindezele ndawonye njengoba uhlukanisa izikhungo zezandla zakho bese uphahla yonke iminwe yakho. Lokhu kwenza umumo njengembali ye-lotus. Le mudra imelela ukuvuleka nokukhula.
I-Kundalini Mudra : Yenza ibhande ngesandla sakho sobunxele. Nweba umunwe wakho wenkomba yesobunxele bese wenza isibindi ngesandla sakho sokunene sitholela leyo mininingwane yenkomba. Isithupha sesandla sakho sokunene siphezu komunwe wakho wenkomba yesobunxele. Lesi sikhundla sihlobene nobulili nobunye.
