Isingeniso ku-Sivananda Yoga

U-Savasana uvala iklasi. Iziphakamiso eziyisisekelo ezingu-12 zikhethiwe ngokucophelela futhi zihlanganisa ukuguquka, ukubuyisela emuva, ukugoba phambili, ukuguqulwa, ukulinganisa, nokukhishwa kwesikhumba. Okuncane kunakho konke, ngamanye amagama. I-poses yenziwe kahle kancane futhi ilawulwa ukululaza nokuqinisa umzimba kanye nokuvula ama-chakras .
